Every listing is verified by a person against the official race site — not scraped from an aggregator. The date a listing was last verified appears on its race page, and listings are updated immediately whenever verified new information arrives: a price change, a new start time, a moved deadline, a changed link. Stale data is not left sitting for a periodic pass.
Prices, distances, swag and start times are printed exactly as the organizer lists them, including fees where the organizer states them. Where a price tier has ended or a detail is unconfirmed, the listing says so or omits it rather than guessing.
Once a race's date has passed, it leaves the homepage, state, theme and hub listings the next day — but its race page stays live with a wrapped notice, so shared links do not die, and the record stays for the next edition.
